Create reassessment appraisals
Create a reassessment appraisal from an existing appraisal.
Prerequisites
Edit Appraisals permission is required to create and manage reassessment appraisals.
Create a reassessment appraisal
- From the left-side navigation, select Appraisals.
- Go to the appraisal record.
- Select Create Reassessment Appraisal.
- Populate the fields.

Appraisal Status: Select the status of the appraisal.

Appraisal Date (optional): Enter or select the date the appraisal occurs.

Appraiser (optional): Enter or select the name of the person performing the appraisal.

Appraisal Description (optional): Enter a description for the appraisal.

Mass Appraisal Year: Enter or select the mass appraisal year.
- Select Create Appraisal.
The reassessment appraisal record is created. Now, you can manage appraisal details, create valuations, upload and scan documentation, images, and sketches, and assign tasks and workgroups.
